For our 5th year Anniverasary, FL Events will be holding a FREE wedding planning seminar for couples. This is aimed to help couples get started in their plans, even discussing possible concepts they may want for their wedding.
Interested parties may call Dr. Lala Perez at (+63) 918-9021015 for arranging your schedule. We only take 3 couples at a time for the seminar so that we are focused on your needs practically on a one-on-one method.
Seminars will be held on the Month of August, on Saturdays. We hope to see you.

Hello Doc lala, how r u? i dont know if this is the best time to tell u this that i really did not expect the service you’ve promised to me.. basic coordinations were not delivered properly but im thankful atleast Alexyz Arcilla (emcee/singer)was there whom i really knew he did his very best.. most comments i heard that my chosen coordinator was not good.. Im sorry but you should know.. some of important events were not executed as per discussions/meetings. Anyway, from the bottom of my heart i just wanna thank again Sir Francis and the other 3 staffs.
Dear Alma,
Merry Christmas. I am glad to hear from you. But let me remind you what I informed you of from the start. For “On The day Coodination”, you can only be as good as the couple’s plan. Because in “OTD- On The Day Coordination”, you are simply executing the couple’s plan.
I Think there were a alot of things that went on during your wedding that you were not aware of.
I think that you should be made aware of them.
I think that if you were able to talk to Francis and Raezel, and were fully aware of everything that went on during your wedding you will appreciate many things that were done, and I think your family or friends took these things for granted.
Your wedding, from the start was not an easy task. It was an “On the Day Coordination”, out of town in the province, and in the backyard, with a guest list of more than 500. We did warn you that this was not a very controllable situation. In essence, “Kasal Bukid”.
I think that, maybe after you talk to Francis and Raezel you will fully appreciate that there were a lot of things that appeared seemlesss and a lot of disasasters that were averted because of FL Events. And they were not 3 staff members.
The Team remembers that day. They had a hard time on the highway because the Uratex factory burned and thay had to find find another route to your house. Do you remember, when the Team arrived, they asked for the items that needed to be endorsed or given to them? Nobody could give them a straight answer. I think they even asked you.
After your wedding, I required the teams assigned to your wedding them to give a report and feedback of everything. And after I heard what occurred, and the situations they had to deal with, I think they are to be commended.
They had a difficult time when they arrived because endorsements were incomplete. Apparently, the relative from Cavite you asked to bring the candles, tags, did not endorse it ahead of time. Accents for the centerpieces was not given. She did not pass by the reception prior to the ceremony, and give it any member of my staff during the preparation time. It was given only after the ceremony, when the guests were arriving at the reception.
My Staff even found your giveaways not even wrapped up. So other members of the my staff assisted your cousin to help wrap these items at your house while the church ceremony was going on. These were wrappings and tags for giveaways for your sponsors and 500 guests.
And my staff hurridly tried to “fix” your centerpieces. Your assigned person/relative brought an onionskin with a butterfly print and candles for your centerpiecs but neglegted to bring candle glasses, and the onion skin was not pre-prepared or atta ched to anything. So my staff, on the spot -made ingenously your centerpiece that went in every table. They were able to procure plastic cups, and placed water in them so the candles wouldn’t burn and wrapped the onion skin butterfly print wrapped around it so you would get your wish somehow.
Centerpieces are usually the responsibility of the either the caterer or the florist. It was unfortunate that the persons you asked in your family that you endorsed these things to- like where your fire lanterns, tags, giveaways, centerpieces, etc., did not endorse the items to us ahead of time, and did not make them ahead of time.
Technically, these things are not part of our job description for an “OTD- “On the Day Coordination” job.
I don’t think you can blame theFL Events- Francis, the staff or I for these things that are not our fault.
Also remember that your emcee recieved technical assistance from us, although he has his own PA. But the staff were taking care of the program and doing the background help for Alexyz. The Program, people forget that we assist in this as well to make it seem effortless.
Event Coordination is not an easy job. We are good at it, and we know it. But alot of times, people forget what goes on in the background, and misshaps that are averted.
Alma, I think since you have not been given all the information by the people around you. Why not have a talk with Francis & Raezel and clear the air. I think you will be surprised if you have all the facts. And perhaps then you might appreciate everything we tried to do for you, and believe me- It was beyond the call of duty.
