TURN OVER MANAGEMENT (Php 45,000)
Services similar to the Full Management Package except that the client has already booked the church, reception site, and probably the caterer, and they want us to continue the planning process.

PARTIAL MANAGEMENT ( Php 40,000)
Services halfway through the preparation until the day of the wedding. The couple has booked majority of the suppliers but need help with the rest of the details, and would like an event planner to take over management of the event. This is considered as shared coordination.

DAY COORDINATION ( Php 25,000)
Services on the day of the event. The couple has booked all the suppliers, planned their event, has seen to the details, and confirmed their arrangements but they need help with the orchestration and execution of their plans.

- Present 5 hours prior to the event to ensure set-up and preparations

RECEPTION COORDINATION ONLY ( Php 15,000)
These services are specific for the reception only. These include the services of a program director, 1 technical director, and 1 staff member to manage the registration area, distribution of souvenirs. A total of 3 staff members will be available for the event. (Clients must provide their own floor plan & not to forget to provide a complete guest list w/ seating arrangements)
EMCEE SERVICES (Php 8,500) This includes the creation of the program,emcee and 1 technical director
CONSULTATION ( Php 5,000) Services on consultation basis which includes:
Briefing on wedding traditions, guidelines, etiquette, church & hotel information, realistic budgeting, worksheets, vendor recommendations, invitation & misallette options, three phone consultations

Hello! Me and my fiance are having our wedding in August 2012 and we are currently here in the US. Can you help us with the coordination? We have not reserved anything yet but we already have plans on what church and where to have the reception. Thank you very much!
We would be glad to help. We are still available for that month. The package that would apply in your case would be full management if you want us to do the bookings for your suppliers. Rest assured, we work at a flat rate and we do not solicit commissions from suppliers on the contracts of our clients. Should there be any incidental charges like out of town charges or sudden expenses, they will be reimbursed from the client. For areas like Manila, Tagaytay and some areas in Batangas, we do not charge any out of town fees. These are waived.
I should advise you to only hire us if you feel comfortable doing so. There is a great level of trust that should be between the planner and client. (I’m not going to say coordinator since this involves planning services and not only coordination) Let me know what service you want (full, turn over, partial, OTD) and If you want us to send a draft of our contract.
